                           AZMAN PLC (the 'Company')
                            Issue of further equity

The Company has placed 1,500,000 new Ordinary Shares at 2p per share and issued
a further 250,000 shares to Biddicks in part payment for their fee on the
recent flotation of the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
