Issue of warrants in lieu of board fees

Coms plc (AIM:COMS) received notification on 25 February 2013 that on 25 February 2013 Iain Ross, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,331,550 Coms ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company through his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 0.85 pence per share, resulting in a holding of 0.7 per cent of the Company.

The Company also announces that in lieu of board fees it has agreed to issue Mr Ross with 2,380,952 share warrants at an exercise price of 0.84p per warrant, which vest quarterly over the next 12 months.
