The Company announces that on 27 June 2016 it purchased, for immediate cancellation 149,500 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 105.0p and also a further 50,000 shares at a price of 104.0p.

Following the above purchases and cancellations, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 45,554,409.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 27 June 2016 is 45,554,409.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
