The Company announces that on 12 April 2013 it purchased, for immediate cancellation 25,600 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 76p and 250,000 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 77p.

Following the above purchases and cancellations, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 47,608,705.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 12 April 2013 is 47,608,705.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
