Sale of Premises

The Board is pleased to announce that today it has exchanged contracts for the
sale of its Preston Street premises for £3.025 million and completion is
envisaged for the 23rd December 2005. The company is currently in the process of
relocating its warehousing facility to the new premises in Baildon and the
refurbishment work on the offices is now in progress. The company has arranged a
short term lease back of its Preston Street offices whilst refurbishment of the
new is completed.
