received from Quiros Limited on 12 July 2006 was incorrect.  The notifiable
interest of Quiros Limited should have read 4.05%.

Holding in the Company

The Company received notification on 14 July 2006 that, in accordance with
sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, following the purchase
of an additional 7,500 ordinary shares of 25p each on 4 July 2006, Quiros
Limited has a notifiable interest in 40,495 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company, representing 4.05% of the issued share capital.
