The Company is pleased to announce that Eric Gudgeon has today been appointed
as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Gudgeon is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Von Roll Isola
UK Limited.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr Dominic Slingsby - Managing Director said:-
'Eric will bring to us invaluable all round business knowledge, especially in
respect of selling, distribution and manufacturing'.
