Resignation of Director



Mr. E. N. Gudgeon has today resigned, with immediate effect, as the
Non-Executive Director of H C Slingsby plc by mutual agreement.  The Board
wishes to thank Mr. Gudgeon for his efforts and along with their advisors will
immediately commence the process of recruiting a replacement independent
Non-Executive Director.
