The Company was informed on 8 November that on 8 November Mr C J Slingsby, a
director of the Company, acquired 700 shares in the Company at 414.5p per
share. Mr Christian Slingsby now has a beneficial interest in 25,220 Ordinary
Shares in the Company and a non-beneficial interest in 61,000 shares.
