Further to the announcement by SLF Realisation Fund Limited (the "Company") on 10 January 2022 regarding the Company's ongoing management arrangements, the Board announces that it has reached a  mutual agreement with Dawn Kendall to end her employment on 21 April 2022. During the interim period, Dawn shall remain on garden leave.

Dawn has been unwell and on a leave of absence since April 2021 and the Board is confident that the management arrangements set out in the announcement on 10 January 2022 provide it with the resources necessary to manage the realisation of the Company's portfolio.

The Board wishes to thank Dawn for her efforts and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
