St Ives plc - Company Secretary Change

The board announces that Philip Harris, FCIS, St Ives' Company Secretary since March 1989, is to retire and is succeeded with effect from 1 November 2015 by Daniel Fattal, ACA.

Daniel, who joined St Ives in 2008 has been working with Philip over the past nine months to effect an orderly handover of responsibilities.

We thank Philip for his contribution to the Group over many years.
