Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 16 June 2008 it purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.645 per share.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 24,426,824 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 303,373,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
