Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 14 April 2008 it
purchased 260,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.70 per share.



The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the above purchase, the Company holds 10,126,824 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 317,673,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
