Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 29 February 2008 it
purchased 132,085 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.735 per share.



The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,316,824 of its ordinary shares
in treasury and has 325,483,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).
