New Bank Facility

Sirius is pleased to announce it has successfully agreed a new four year €28.5 million facility with Macquarie Bank.  As previously announced this facility is being used to refinance three assets within the ABN AMRO ('ABN') loan facility which was extended to 30 June 2013 as well as two unencumbered assets. The funds from this facility along with the proceeds from some previously announced disposals will pay down the ABN loan from €80.6 million to €49.2 million this month.  The Company believes it is well positioned to complete the disposal and refinancing plan agreed with ABN which will leave it with a well balanced portfolio of high income-producing assets which also still have potential for further improvement.
