('SRE' or the 'Company')

The Company has been informed that between that dates of 3 and 12 December, Athol Trust and Springbok Trust acquired, respectively, 617,245 and 617,246 SRE shares at an average price of 14.94c per share. 

Frank Oppenheim and Kevin Oppenheim, both of whom are directors of the Company's asset manager, Principle Capital Sirius Real Estate Asset Management Limited, are the beneficiaries of, respectively, Athol Trust and Springbok Trust. 

In addition, Frank and Kevin Oppenheim each indirectly hold 25% of the share capital of Staracre Limited, which owns 15,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

Following the above acquisitions, Frank Oppenheim indirectly holds 4,552,995 ordinary shares of the Company representing 1.51% of the ordinary shares in issue. Kevin Oppenheim indirectly holds 4,552,996 ordinary shares of the Company representing 1.51% of the ordinary shares in issue.
