Directorate Changes

Sirius Real Estate, the real estate company with a portfolio of mixed-use business parks across Germany, providing modern, flexible workspace, today announces changes to its Board with immediate effect.

Non-executive Directors, Walter Hens, Shelagh Mason and Charles Parkinson resigned from the Board, on Thursday 2 August 2012.  As a result, the number of Sirius Non-executive Board members will reduce from nine to six.

Notwithstanding these changes, the Board remains within the jurisdiction of the Panel of Takeovers and Mergers. 

Robert Sinclair, Chairman of Sirius Real Estate, commented, "On behalf of the whole Board, I would like to thank Walter, Shelagh and Charles for all of their combined efforts and invaluable contributions to the Board during a transitional period for the Company and I wish them well for the future."
