Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing flexible workspace to the German SME market, announces that on Thursday 25 May 2016, Alistair Marks, Chief Financial Officer of Sirius, acquired 56,053 ordinary shares at an average price of 51.0c. As a result, Alistair Marks now has an interest in 2,280,125 ordinary shares representing 0.30% of the Company's total voting rights.
