Trading Update & Notice of Results

Messaging International Plc, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, is pleased to announce that it continues to trade in line with management expectations. As detailed in the Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2008 announced on 30 June 2009, the Company continues to strengthen current partnerships and customer relationships and forge new alliances with mobile operators. Its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 will be announced by the end of September 2009.
