Agreement with Bell Mobility

Messaging International Plc 06 February 2008 Messaging International Plc / Market: AIM / Epic: MES / Sector: Technology 6 February 2008 Messaging International Plc ('the Company') Bell Mobility launches Text-to-Landline service with TeleMessage Messaging International Plc, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, has, through its 100% owned subsidiary, TeleMessage Ltd, signed an agreement with Bell Mobility, a division of major telecoms operator, Bell Canada, to launch its Text-to Landline service. This application will allow Bell Mobility subscribers to send a text message from a wireless phone to any landline phone. The Text-to-Landline software enables Bell Mobility wireless customers to create and send text messages which are converted to voice messages and retrieved by landline recipients. The recipient can then respond by voice to the wireless customer, who will receive the reply message as a text. The wireless customer will also receive a status text message telling him if the message was delivered to a live person or a voicemail system. Bell Mobility customers who use the service will pay standard text message costs and TeleMessage will receive a percentage of this fee.
