Companies Act 1985 that, as the result of recent sales FMR Corporation and 
Fidelity International Limited and its subsidiaries are to be regarded as having 
a material interest in 17,162,431 ordinary shares of 10 pence in SIG plc 
representing 13.95% of the issued share capital.
