Third Interim Dividend

The Board of Shires Income plc has declared a third interim dividend of 4.4p per
share in respect of the year to 31 March 2004 (third interim 2003 - 4.4p)
payable on 30 April 2004 to shareholders on the register at close of business on
13 April 2004.
