Second Interim Dividend



The Board of Shires Income plc has declared a second interim dividend of 4.40p
per share in respect of the year to 31 March 2003 (second interim 2002 - 4.40p)
payable on 31 January 2003 to shareholders on the register at close of business
on 10 January 2003.
