dated 24 March 2006 that pursuant to Part IV of the Companies Act 1985 
(as amended), Artemis Investment Management Limited, and certain of its 
subsidiary companies, have a notifiable interest of 6,027,000 shares, 
representing 8.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.
