The Company today received the following notifications of interests in its
ordinary 1p shares ('Shares') from Gartmore Investment Limited:

Following the sale of 114,439 Shares on 8 December 2006, Gartmore Smaller
Companies Trust plc now holds 300,000 Shares representing 2.42% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital; and

Following the sale of 173,204 Shares on 8 December 2006, AlphaGen Volantis Fund
- Prime Brokerage now holds 413,174 Shares representing 3.34% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
