HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company has received notification on 21 June 2006 from Gartmore Investment
Limited ('GIL') that, by virtue of a sale on 16 June 2006 of 76,072 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), GIL, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited
and Gartmore Global Partners no longer have a reportable interest in the
Company's Shares. Their aggregate discretionary holding is shown below.
