The Company today received notification from F&C Asset Management plc that, as 
a result of the purchase of 86,072 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares') on 16 June 2006, Friends Provident Main Fund has a material interest
in 992,743 Shares, representing approximately 8.03% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
