The Company today received notification from F&C Asset Management plc that, as a
result of the purchase of 500,745 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares') on 11 August 2006, Friends Provident With Profit Fund has a material
interest in 1,643,488 Shares, representing approximately 13.29% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
