HOLDING IN COMPANY


The Company has today received notification from Gartmore Investment Limited
that, as a result of the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Shares') on 23 March 2006 and the purchase of 200,000 Shares on 24
March 2006, Gartmore Smaller Companies Trust plc is interested in 500,000
Shares, representing approximately 5.26% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
