Following the recently announced acquisitions of DGP International Limited and
Cameron Taylor Group Limited, application has been made for 2,980,470 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.


The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary shares in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on
12 December 2006.
