ADDITIONAL LISTING


Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 20,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the Company, pursuant to the conversion of
£7,000 nominal of the Company's Secured Convertible Loan Note 2009. Upon issue,
the Shares shall rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary
shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 7 February 2007.
