ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 81,915 
ordinary shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the Company, pursuant to the exercise
of options. Upon issue, the Shares shall rank pari passu with the Company's
existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 25
April 2006.
