Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, was informed on 06 October 2015 that Mr. Robin Fryer, a Non-Executive Director of Shanta Gold, has purchased on the same date, 120,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company a price of 5.00 pence each.
