Directorate Change

On 26 April 2011 Shanta Gold announced that David Scott, an executive director
of the Company, gave notice of his intention to resign as a director of the
Company and that he would cease to be a director on 26 June 2011.

Shanta Gold and David Scott have subsequently agreed that Mr Scott ceased to be
a director of the Company on 6 May 2011.
