Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 20 December 2013, Karen Staunton, wife of Henry Staunton, a Non-executive Director of the Company purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 328.432p per share.

Henry Staunton's interest in the Company is now 250,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.033%).
