Acquisitions of Shares by Ian Hawksworth 

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") was notified on 21 June 2010 that Ian Hawksworth, the Company's Chief Executive, purchased 44,573 ordinary shares of 25p each at £1.060182 per share on 23 June 2010.  Ian Hawksworth's shareholding in the Company is now 194,912 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.031%).
