Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons

This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.

Acquisition of Shares by Executive Directors

As outlined in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, the 2019/20 annual bonus for both the CEO and CFO was to be paid wholly in shares, at their request.  Under the terms of the Annual Bonus Scheme (reference announcement as at 19 June 2020), deferred share awards were granted on 18 June 2020 representing 50% of the CEO's and CFO's annual bonus.  The independent Trustee of the Severn Trent Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust") notified the Company on 19 June 2020 that it had on 19 June 2020 acquired shares on behalf of the CEO and CFO with the remaining 50% of their bonus. 

On 23 June 2020, the CEO and CFO notified the following transactions and their resultant holding of Ordinary Shares in Severn Trent Plc.
