Severfield plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following change in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 2^nd September 2015 that Alun Griffiths, non-executive director and a PDMR had acquired that day 10,000 Shares at a purchase price of 67.75p per Share taking his total shareholding to 30,000 Shares which is approximately 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 

This transaction took place in London.
