The Company has today been advised that on 11 June 2012, Tom Haughey, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 147.15p each. Following this notification his resultant shareholding is 266,611 shares which is 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition the Company has been advised that on 12 June 2012, Alan Dunsmore, the Finance Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 shares at a price of 152.50p each. Following this notification his resultant shareholding is 15,000 shares which is below 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
