11.00 am on 11th June at the offices of Numis Corporation plc, The

7LT.

Notice of the meeting is set out in the Company's Annual Report and
Accounts 2007,  copies of which have been mailed today to
shareholders and are available free of charge from the Company's
offices 30-32 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7DR or from the Company's
website www.serabimining.com on or after 20 May 2008.
