These appointments are intended to assist in achieving this goal, as well as strengthen the management team. Since his initial appointment as Technical Director, Mike Hodgson has already introduced many positive developments in our operations and, furthermore, in this role has become fully acquainted with all aspects of the Company. Mike now takes over as Chief Executive from Bill Clough, who has steered Serabi through its formative years of exploration and development. As the Company now seeks to grow its resource and production base more aggressively, these Board changes are regarded as essential in providing greater operational and development experience and focus. The appointment of Wanderlan Almeida as Managing Director of our Brazilian subsidiary reflects similar thinking. Wanderlan brings to Serabi considerable hands-on experience in building and managing mining operations in Brazil and will enhance the skills required to lead Serabi towards its growth targets. Meanwhile, we are fortunate that the co-founders Bill and Sérgio, will remain with the group to contribute their unique experience and understanding of operating in the Tapajos. These key appointments and others over the past year provide the skills and experience for Serabi to successfully achieve the Next Move growth strategy.
