Serabi Mining plc advises that following the release of its
preliminary results on 11 April, it has today posted to shareholders
copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2006 along with a notice of meeting convening the Annual
General Meeting to be held at 11.00 am on 1st June at the offices of
Numis Corporation plc, The London Stock Exchange Building, 4
Paternoster Square London EC4M 7LT.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2006 are available from the
offices of the Company, Cleary Court, 21-23 St Swithins Lane, London
