Lagos and London, 5 July 2019:  Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc's capital markets event was due to be held at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos for analysts and investors on Tuesday 9^th of July 2019  at 13:30 (Lagos time). At the request of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the session has been postponed to Friday 12^th  of July 2019 at 14.30 (Lagos time).

The session will focus on the Assa North and Ohaji South ("ANOH") greenfield gas and condensate development project, in Nigeria. A Final Investment Decision was taken by Seplat to invest in the ANOH project, as announced in the Company's 2018 full year results on 6 March 2019. The session will include presentations from the Seplat management team.
