Senior plc announces the resignation of Gordon Campbell from the Board due to
other commitments.  This will take effect from 30 November 2005.  The Board
would like to thank Gordon Campbell for his support during his time as a
non-executive Director of the Company.

The Board is to announce the appointment of a new non-executive Director in the
near future.
