Senior plc has been notified that on 3 October 2014, Derek Harding, Group Finance Director, and his wife purchased a combined total of 10,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at a price of 265.1 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Derek Harding and his wife collectively hold 67,405 shares in the Company.
