NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS

Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc were released to the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") under the terms of the Senior plc 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") award made on 2 April 2008, as a result of the performance conditions attaching to the LTIP award having been satisfied as to 81.6%.

Some of the shares released to the PDMR were subsequently disposed of on 4 April 2011, as indicated below.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
