Senior plc has been notified that on 4 November 2010, Martin Clark, a Director, and his wife collectively purchased 20,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of £1.37 per share. Following this transaction, Mr and Mrs Clark collectively hold 110,000 shares in the Company.
