Charles Berry, Chairman and a non-executive director of Senior plc, is to retire by rotation from the Board of Impax Environmental Markets plc at its Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 May 2013 and will not stand for re-election.  Impax Environmental Markets plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
