Appointment of new non-executive Director

Senior plc ("Senior"), an international manufacturer of high-technology components and systems, with operations in 12 countries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Vorih as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2024.

Since February 2022, Joe Vorih has been the Chief Executive Officer of Genuit Group plc, a leading provider of sustainable water, climate and ventilation products and systems.  Joe was previously president of HBK, a division of and key platform business within Spectris plc.  Prior to that, he worked for Clarcor Corporation, a NYSE listed business delivering filtration solutions and Danaher Corporation, also a US listed global business in industrial, test and medical equipment.  He has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Senior plc Chairman, Ian King said: "We are very pleased that Joe has agreed to join the Board.  His leadership and engineering background coupled with his broad international experience in our industrial sectors will complement the current Board and prove invaluable to Senior's continued development."

Other than his role as the Chief Executive Officer of Genuit Group plc, Joe Vorih does not hold, or has not held in the past 5 years any position where he is or was acting in the capacity of a director of a publicly quoted company.  As a Director of Senior plc, he shall also be a member of the Company's Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
