BioScience VCT (the 'Company') announces that at the Annual General Meeting held
yesterday all resolutions were passed.

The Company also announces that following John Hustler's resignation from the
board of Medical Marketing International plc ('MMI'), he is no longer
representing MMI in his capacity as a director of the Company.
